Asian Americans For Equality

Asian Americans for Equality (AAFE) is a non-profit organization established in 1975, dedicated to advancing racial, social, and economic justice for all, with a guiding focus on the experiences of Asian Americans and a strong commitment to civil rights. AAFE works comprehensively through community development, offering essential services such as housing rights advocacy, social services, immigration assistance, and youth programs, serving over 35,000 community members annually across New York City.

The organization plays a pivotal role in homeownership by providing homeowner counseling and facilitating mortgage financing, having enabled over $250 million in mortgage financing. Through its affiliate, Renaissance Economic Development Corp.
