CORE's principals are experienced in raising capital from key real estate capital providers and structuring transactions. They work with their clients to understand their project, find solutions, and match the right capital structure for various project situations, including construction, value-add/transitional properties, stabilized properties, and land acquisition.

CORE is product-type agnostic and works across major real estate product types. Kenny Daniels, a Managing Director with the company since its founding in 2018, has executed over $300M of financings for clients and led the company's principal investment opportunities.
