Peaceful Beginnings, founded in 2007 by Linda Coppola, is dedicated to supporting families on their breastfeeding journeys. Linda began by working one-on-one with breastfeeding parents and babies, both in the hospital and in private settings, driven by a deep passion for women’s health. Today, Peaceful Beginnings continues that mission by offering personalized, compassionate lactation support from their home office in Greensboro, NC, and in-home across the Triad area, including Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, and Burlington.

Linda Coppola, MHA, RN, IBCLC, has been a registered nurse since the 1970s and became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 1994. With over 30 years of experience, she has built strong, trusting relationships with countless families, bringing a calm presence, expertise, and intuitive understanding to each family’s unique needs. Peaceful Beginnings aims to empower and support parents and babies with care that feels peaceful, personal, and informed.

In addition to direct work with families, Linda enjoys mentoring aspiring IBCLCs, helping them gain experience and confidence. Her greatest joy is being a mom to three children and a grandmother to five grandchildren. Peaceful Beginnings partners with major insurance providers like Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Aetna to make lactation support more accessible.
