CBC Mortgage Agency provides down payment assistance and other financing programs nationwide. The Chenoa Fund down payment assistance program does not have income limits and is available in all states except New York.

The program offers either 3.5% or 5% of the down payment needed to purchase a home with an FHA loan and requires a minimum credit score of 600. There are multiple second mortgage options available, including a forgivable option and a repayable option.

The Chenoa Fund down payment assistance is not a bond program and remains funded all year long. CBC Mortgage Agency works with approved lender partners to provide the program.
