Collins & Associates

Collins & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1948 by Robert B. Collins and initially served the commercial, retail, and residential real estate industries in the Tulsa area. In 1968, Robert's son, Douglas F. Collins, took over and expanded the company's services to include professional real estate management.

Over the years, the company has evolved to focus primarily on the professional management of Homeowners Associations (HOAs). This shift occurred when Doug Collins recognized the need for professional management for associations transitioning from developer control to volunteer homeowners. Collins & Associates manages over 80 properties.

The company's staff includes professionals with expertise in their respective fields, including a president holding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) degree and property managers with certifications such as Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM).
