Cornerstone Mortgage Group is a boutique residential mortgage lender based in Metro Atlanta, located in Downtown Alpharetta. Founded in 2006 by Chad Wade and Stewart Sadler, former college roommates from The University of Georgia, the company emerged from a desire to provide exceptional customer service in the mortgage industry. The partners, one with a background in IT consulting and the other already working in the mortgage industry, joined forces to create a customer-centric approach.
