Great Lakes Commercial Finance (GLCF) is a non-profit lender established in 1981, specializing in providing access to capital for small businesses in Michigan. As a Certified Development Company (CDC) licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), GLCF offers the SBA 504 Loan Program throughout the state. They are also an Accredited Lender Program (ALP) Lender, granting them increased authority in processing, closing, and servicing 504 loans, which results in expedited service for their customers.

GLCF partners with banks and credit unions to offer the SBA 504 loan program to small businesses. The SBA 504 loan program facilitates the purchase or refinance of commercial real estate, machinery, and equipment. The program offers benefits such as low down payments (as little as 10%), long loan terms (10, 20, and 25 years), and low, locked-in interest rates.

GLCF has funded over 1,100 504 loans, totaling over $580 million in loan proceeds, and contributing to the creation or retention of over 10,000 jobs in Michigan. Their team offers expertise to both small businesses and lending partners, streamlining the financing process and minimizing loan risk.
