Long Beach Small Business Development Center

The Long Beach City College Small Business Development Center (SBDC) assists clients in Long Beach and the Gateway Cities, offering resources for starting, growing, and succeeding in business. As the SBA’s largest service program, the SBDC provides high-quality business and economic development assistance to small businesses and entrepreneurs.

The SBDC offers no-cost business advising and low-cost training to existing and new businesses, covering areas such as business planning, financial projections, financial packaging, contract negotiations, and cash flow management. They also offer support for growing businesses, including rebranding, market identification, and advanced web development services.

The organization is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. All programs and services are offered to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
