Community Vision is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides tailored financing solutions and expert advisory services to support community-led real estate projects in low-income communities throughout California. Founded in 1987, the organization focuses on enabling community-rooted organizations to acquire, preserve, and develop social purpose real estate, including affordable and supportive housing.

With over $613 million invested in financing and more than $38 million distributed in grants, Community Vision aims to advance racial and economic equity, land justice, and community ownership. The firm provides various loan types ranging from $250,000 to over $5 million, including Nonprofit Community Facility Loans, NMTC Source Loans, and Affordable Housing Loans.
