Opportunity Resource Fund

Opportunity Resource Fund (OppFund) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community development financial institution serving the entire State of Michigan. Originally known as Michigan Housing Trust Fund and McGehee Interfaith Loan Fund, OppFund has been committed to its mission of creating equitable, economic, and sustainable opportunities since its founding three decades ago. Their focus includes funding affordable housing, enabling job creation, supporting small businesses, and providing affordable mortgages.
