PACE Wisconsin

PACE Wisconsin is an innovative program designed to enable property owners to secure low-cost, long-term loans for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation improvements. The program operates as an open market, allowing property owners the flexibility to select their preferred PACE Lender for projects on their eligible property. This model promotes access to a range of private lenders who offer competitive rates and financing terms.

PACE Wisconsin seeks to engage banks, credit unions, and other capital providers to become qualified to offer PACE Financing. Qualified PACE Lenders are those that have received approval from the Program Administrator to provide financing for PACE Projects. The program connects PACE Lenders with project developers, energy service companies, installers, contractors, energy auditors, engineering firms, utility companies, and property owners to develop and fund qualified PACE Projects.

Through C-PACE financing, PACE Wisconsin aims to boost property values, promote economic development, and generate enduring clean energy benefits for Wisconsin communities. The program supports a variety of improvements, including building shell upgrades, efficient lighting, and HVAC systems, contributing to both long-term investment viability and tenant benefits.
