PeopleFund

PeopleFund is a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) serving the state of Texas. Since its founding in 1994, PeopleFund has provided financial and educational assistance to small businesses and non-profit organizations, empowering Texans on a path to financial stability and independence.

PeopleFund provides loans for equipment purchases, working capital, and real estate. They offer flexible underwriting, no prepayment penalties, and interest rates and terms of up to 60 months (longer in special cases). They focus on businesses in low to moderate-income areas to ensure everyone has a chance at the American Dream.

PeopleFund has lent over $130,000,000 to more than 3,000 unique small businesses and nonprofits that have created or retained over 11,000 jobs across Texas. They offer flexible loan terms to fit the needs of their clients and provide ongoing support to ensure their success and growth.
