Their national parcel database contains assessment, ownership, and sales data on over 110 million properties, serving as the foundation for their real estate reporting, home price indices, neighborhood & sales analytics, and proprietary Automated Valuation Models (AVMs). Real Info also offers data subscriptions for access to particular counties, multiple counties, or entire states using both subscription-based and a la carte pricing models.

Real Info has also developed a suite of proprietary Automated Valuation Models (AVMs): i-Val™, realAssessment™, and Q-Val™. Each uses rules-based, expert system models to arrive at predicted market values for residential properties.
