Attorney Support Group.US was established in 2009 by Merrill Smallwood, JD, to provide process serving and constable services within the State of Massachusetts. Since then, they have completed thousands of court serves for attorneys, law firms, and government agencies.

Their focus is to provide process server services within Massachusetts at a reasonable price. Merrill Smallwood is a graduate of the University of Maryland, the University of Massachusetts, and the University of Massachusetts School of Law. He is also an Air Force Veteran who served overseas.

The organization is affiliated with the National Association of Professional Process Servers, New York Professional Process Servers Association, Florida Association of Professional Process Servers and the California Association of Legal Support Professionals.
