Christopher M. Zarpas is a Senior Vice President and Partner at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. with experience as a lawyer, entrepreneur, and corporate executive. Since 2007, he has closed sales and leasing transactions exceeding $170 million, representing clients in acquiring, developing, selling, or leasing commercial property across various categories.

He was part of a team providing brokerage and development advisory services to Simon Property Group for the Simon Norfolk Premium Outlet. His transaction experience includes medical office buildings, industrial facilities, mobile home parks, multifamily land, retail shopping centers, and land for RV resort development.

Zarpas's clients include Simon Property Group, Kellam Family Real Estate Partnership, and Peterson Companies. He has received the Deal of the Year Award from CREC and multiple Gold Awards for Sales & Leasing from CREC. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar Association.
