Fairway Independent Mortgage

Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation started in Madison, Wisconsin in 1996 with a small group of employees. Since then, it has expanded nationwide with over 10,500 employees and over 700 locations, including three in the Madison area. Fairway transitioned to an employee-owned structure in 2015 to give everyone a voice in company decisions.
