Kris Barrientos is a REALTOR with Hunziker & Associates, located in Ames, Iowa. With a background in sales and marketing with Clear Channel Radio (now iHeartRadio) for 19 years, Kris brings a wealth of experience and strong connections in the local business community to her real estate career. She became a Realtor in 2017 and is passionate about serving others with honesty, integrity, and gratitude, guiding her clients through market conditions and smooth transactions.

Kris's real estate journey began in 1997 with her first investment property. Since then, she has gained hands-on experience in foreclosures, house flipping, property management, and home staging. Alongside her husband, Omar, who is a developer and partner at SB&A Architects in Ames, they have built their careers and family in central Iowa.

Faith plays a central role in Kris's life, and she strives to reflect these values in both her work and personal life. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time at their lake home, boating, fishing, ATVing, and snowmobiling. Kris also has a passion for the Iowa State Cyclones.
