Recognizing that traditional banks often face restrictions or are unwilling to take risks on their customers, Proactive Commercial Lending Group connects business owners with private investors willing to provide financing.

The firm specializes in providing loans for new businesses, rehab projects, and refinances. They are able to consider relaxed credit and property restrictions, focusing on the individual and the value of their work and property. After the property has been rehabbed and stabilized, banks will often refinance at bank rates.
